I have long been a fan of Kurosawa's Samurai films, and when these sets came out I snatched them up pretty
quickly.
There were two different makers of plastic Samurai models, and both are represented in this
diorama. Since the figures of the one were pretty bad, I used them as casualties and for small parts, and used
the other for the main figures.
I wound up with a heck of a lot of those arrows, and used them in several other settings.
The water in the stream is slightly tinted casting resin poured in layers over a modeled stream bed.
